Downtown Action Organization
The DAO is the nonprofit organization that oversees the Santa Rosa Downtown District, a community benefit district funded by property owners. The DAO partners with local businesses to promote, enhance and beautify Downtown Santa Rosa.
All business and property owners can contact NexStreet for assistance with safety, sanitation or security concerns. They currently operate seven days a week and can be reached at
