Downtown Action Organization
The DAO is the nonprofit organization that oversees the Santa Rosa Downtown District, a community benefit district funded by property owners. The DAO partners with local businesses to promote, enhance and beautify Downtown Santa Rosa.

Agendas are posted 48 hours prior to the meeting and linked to each meeting date. All meetings are currently hybrid meetings and are open to members of the public via Zoom. Call in and Login instructions can be found in each agenda, along with minutes from the previous meeting.
Board Meetings usually occur every third Wednesday at 9am. Executive Committee meetings usually occur every second Wednesday at 9am. Committee meetings occur on an as-needed or project basis.
