2025 Big Book Sale by Friends of the Santa Rosa Libraries
The North Bay's largest pop-up book sale features 50,000 gently used books, DVDs, CDs, puzzles, games and more. Hosted by the all-volunteer nonprofit Friends of the Santa Rosa Libraries, this book lover's extravaganza raises supplementary funds for 4 libraries in the Sonoma County Library system as well as Sonoma County's History and Genealogy Library. While returning donated books to the community at affordable prices, the event also fosters a love of books, reading, literacy, and the important role of libraries in our society.
With 50 genres to browse and affordable prices (most items are $2 or less), the sale draws shoppers from Sonoma, Lake, Marin, Napa, Mendocino, and Solano counties as well as visitors from San Francisco, the East Bay, the South Bay, Nevada and Oregon.
