Global Running Day at Sports Basment
Ready for an evening of run and fun?? Join us to celebrate our running community and fundraise for Girls on the Run North Bay! Here's what we've got planned so far:
2 Group Run Options:
- Beginner road run with Sports Basement & Cindy’s Race
- Intermediate/Advanced trail run and workout with Ascend Trail Running
Post-run activities:
- Ice baths by Sundrop Sauna
- Stretch & cool down sesh with Spite Fitness
- Beer from Old Caz
- Post run BBQ! Refuel with burgers and hot dogs
- Giveaways from SB, Cindy’s Race, Sunski, and more!
ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! From sprinters to joggers to "I just started yesterday," there's a spot for everyone.
