About Us
The Santa Rosa Downtown District is a Community Benefit District located around Courthouse Square in Downtown Santa Rosa.
The Downtown District was formed in 2018 after the successful reunification of Courthouse Square to ensure that the business and property owners in the surrounding area had consistent and reliable resources above and beyond those provided by the City of Santa Rosa.
Funded through property assessments, the Santa Rosa Downtown District is approximately 26 square blocks consisting of 162 parcels owned by 119 property owners.
