The Clean & Safe Team is a dedicated resource for Downtown businesses and residents. The Clean & Safe program, operated by Block By Block, provides sanitation, maintenance, landscaping and safety support for those who live and work Downtown. From sidewalk sweeping to graffiti abatement, landscaping and quality of life outreach, the Clean & Safe team provides essential services for the Downtown community. Top Tips for Avoiding Parking Tickets

Residential permits are available in garages for those who don’t have onsite parking. Contact the parking District at srparking@srcity.org to find the best option for you.

If you do park on the street, use the City’s Passport Parking App allows users to remotely add money to their meter. It’s quick, easy and highly recommended to avoid getting a ticket.

Santa Rosa Plaza

Visiting between the hours of 10am and 8pm (6pm on Sundays)? Parking is free at Santa Rosa Plaza. Park at the mall’s structures and walk through Santa Rosa Plaza to check out their wide variety of shopping and dining options before you head Downtown.
