Top Tips for Avoiding Parking Tickets
With five garages conveniently located Downtown, there’s always a place to park. Plus, rates are lower than street parking, and customers can't get a ticket!
For those who prefer street parking, encourage use of the City’s Passport Parking App, which allows customers to remotely add money to their meter, as long as they haven’t exceeded the time limit.
Multiple types of monthly permits are available for employees that allow for safe, inexpensive parking nearby, don’t require frequent car moving and guarantee no one gets a ticket when they come to work.
Businesses can participate in a validation program for customers who park in City garages. Contact The Parking District to get started.

Santa Rosa Plaza:
Visiting Monday-Saturday between the hours of 10am and 8pm - or until 6pm on Sundays? Parking is free at Santa Rosa Plaza. Park at the mall’s structures and walk through Santa Rosa Plaza to check out their wide variety of shopping and dining options before you head Downtown.
