Downtown’s Clean & Safe Team

The Clean & Safe Team is a dedicated resource for Downtown businesses and residents.

The Clean & Safe program, operated by Block By Block, provides sanitation, maintenance, landscaping and safety support for those who live and work Downtown. From sidewalk sweeping to graffiti abatement, landscaping and quality of life outreach, the Clean & Safe team provides essential services for the Downtown community.

Available 365 days a year, the Clean & Safe team is reached by calling or texting (707) 921-0275 for support.

Public Safety

Downtown Enforcement Team

The Downtown Enforcement Team (DET), an SRPD team dedicated to providing public safety in the Downtown area, operates 6 days a week within the Downtown. Located at a substation in Santa Rosa Plaza they conduct regular outreach to the businesses, host meetings with the community and provide resources.

Mental Health Support

inResponse

inResponse Mental Health support is a city-wide service that provides 24/7 response to those experiencing a mental health crisis. inResponse is a widely utilized service to support those who need extra care without law enforcement intervention. inResponse can be reached at 707-575-4357.

Garage Security

The City of Santa Rosa has 24/7 roaming security in all City garages as well as cameras and safety lighting.
