Located on a wall inside the City Hall Courtyard, this piece is a wind-twisted copper cypress tree. "El Viejo" meaning "the old man" was created by Florence Dixon as a memorial to her husband, Harry Dixon, one of the Santa Rosa's greatest metalwork artists.
