This artwork is only activated in the evening. Split Sight is a sculpture designed to encourage visitors to look at everything except the sculpture itself. Light projects from a simple light fixture. At first glance, there is nothing special about the normal, white light. However, this light has been crafted to alter the way you see the world around you.

Split Sight splits normal white light into its three fundamental parts: red, green, and blue. Using this curated light, Split Sight splits the site--or at least your perception of it--into echoed shadows color. Visitors are free to explore and intermix these color shadows and shapes with themselves, other visitors, and the environment.
