Scribe is bringing emotionally charged power-trio rock that blends intricate musicianship with accessible songwriting. Musical skill, and acrobatic, yet accessible rock songwriting come together into a sleek and raw power trio!
There is something slightly unfashionable about a great power trio. No studio excess to hide behind, no sprawling cast of musicians to dilute the chemistry. Just bass, guitar, drums and three players who have to make every note count. Northern California’s SCRIBE understands the challenge, but they also seem to relish it. Influences range from Rush, to The Police, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Musicals, Jam Bands, R&B, Jazz, Folk, and Classical music. The result is a sophisticated, yet approachable sound, balancing technical precision with raw emotion and memorable hooks.
