City of Santa Rosa Planning & Economic Development
The City of Santa Rosa’s Business Concierge Program offers personalized assistance to new and existing businesses at every stage of the development process. The complimentary service brings together staff from Planning and Economic Development, as well as the Building, Water, and Community Development divisions.
Services include: One-on-one support to open or expand a small business in Santa Rosa, a dedicated contact inside City Hall to help navigate tenant improvement or new construction, and referrals to business programs, resources, and information.
